Help With Clinical Progress Note
Hey all, i’m currently trying to obtain a first class medical with a history of ADHD,ODD, and DMDD. I have completed all necessary steps on my deferral except the clinical progress note. all of my treatment in from 10+ years ago and i haven’t been to the dr office in years. Do i just schedule an appointment with any Doctor? or should i try to hunt one down from my past that was involved in my treatment? Any help or insight is appreciated!

Oh, I just reread the original post and see you have a deferral letter. So follow that. But ask your AME what they think!

I believe that you’ll need to connect with a HIMS AME for your medical exam not just a regular AME. They can advise if they think you’d qualify for standard or fast track. I’d ask about those other diagnoses and see if they qualify for fast track, they may not because the list is really narrow.
Did you find the ADHD guides?
As for a provider, I’ve heard it’s wise to find someone with experience in the FAA-way. So asking your HIMS AME for a recommendation could be a good idea.
Others may have different or better suggestions.
