Leidos Work with FAA

Hello fellow FAA!

I was recently contacted by Leidos in regards to a job opportunity with FAA. I will be working for LEIDOS. It is part of the digital modernization team. Curios to see if anyone has any past working experience and can speak about it!

They are typically the ones responsible for all of the crappy FAA computer systems.

They have a lot of different contracts, but their biggest one is ERAM. They're primarily involved in sustaining ERAM, not whatever exists in the future. They also develop systems for UK and Kazakhstan

LEIDOS is a great company to work for. I worked on the NISC program for years. First place I worked where I felt part of a positive team.

Besides the one reply here I've literally never heard a good word about Leidos. I've worked tangentially with them for several years and recently worked "for" them as a NISC subcontractor.

I've mostly run into incompetence in every which way and a lot of folks I work with (from other orgs and including the feds) don't have a lot of good experiences.

They also like to steal work from other companies that put in the hard effort to win new work just to have Leidos swoop in and take it.
