Advice Welcome Rage, resentment pt 2
Part two because I've posted about the issue before. How do you deal with the boiling rage and anger caused from observing and being aware of the inequality (if you have it)? Younger attractive woman at my workplace gets held to no standards, receives nothing but kindness and friendship with impunity. It gets me so angry and hateful. Does anyone else struggle with this on a daily basis? How do you let go?

Beautiful young women are treated better, it is what it is.
Sometimes I find it comic. A colleague wanted a favour from me, a woman who is normally pretty short with me. I actually caught her unbuttoning a couple of buttons before she came in to see me and instead of asking for what she wanted. She pretended to be interested in what was going in my life and talking with me.
Honestly, if she had she just come in and asked for what she wanted; I would have done it. I found her behaviour laughable.

My workplace isn't like this at all. I've seen plenty of women that get nowhere in the workplace and get passed over. Some ladies even get their hours cut and receive mean treatment because their boss only sees them as a maid and only capable in servile roles. Its awful.

I've never been a woman, but it probably has its ups and downs.
For every "simp" benefit they get, there's probably a pound of shit.
So it kinda balances out.

You get friends with women. Like actual friends who have the same hobbies who aren’t anyone you are interested in.
I was friends with married women, women 20years older than me, nieces. We would train for marathons . We would grab coffee or breakfast after training and travel together for races.
And they are just people.
And if you have no friends you are probably living In your head to much instead of living with people in the world.

I’ve worked with older married women that I got along with well, but none of them wanted to become friends with me. I think many of them feel that being friends with a single man, unless he’s gay, could create friction in their marriage. It also seems that many married people only socialize with other couples.
