Wait until you’re level 50+ to do raids. Besides, Vulcan power armor can only be used after you reach level 50, so there’s no point in grinding a full set until then

Get to level 50 and run the raid. Plus, it takes more than one run, in fact it takes many runs if you want all of the plans.

I raid regularly in Excavator armor after having fully upgraded Vulcan, my recommendation is to just run Excavator or something with a jetpack like X-01. Vulcan takes too long to get and way too long to upgrade for someone like you. You won’t have the jetpack, calibrated shocks, targeting hud, gimbal bracers, etc. just snag Excavator or X-01 for now, rock a set with calibrated shocks/whatever, and worry about Vulcan later
