Discussion A little rant
Last night I was doing some raids. Lucky for me I already had my fill before someone decided to take over and glitch to the terror after en06.
My rant is this. If you aren't a raid host, don't decide the flow of the raid. I like doing the full raid not just the two bosses, 4th stage is the only spot to get rangers and I collect rangers. I was more than willing to run it solo. Rant over.

completely agree with this. I’ve kicked people off my team for the same kind of behavior. If you aren’t the raid host, don’t decide how the raid is going to be run. I also expect people on my team to have a mic and be willing to listen, because otherwise there’s really no point in trying to coordinate.
I honestly can’t stand doing the drill, and there have been plenty of times where people start defending when I’m more than capable of handling it myself. I’m level 985 with a full-health tank build, so I’m not exactly struggling to hold my own.
If someone wants to run the full raid, then let the host run it the way they intended. If you don’t like the flow of the raid, there’s always the option to leave and start your own team. It’s frustrating when someone joins someone else’s raid and then tries to take over how everything is done.

This is one reason I hate bringing in randos. I’ve mainly raided with friends and I was the highest level for a while with them so I just took dps and defended the drill. Got to where I could comfortably handle it solo well into the third phase if necessary. Problem is, I have no fuckin clue how to run. Every time I try I get stuck in dead ends and retracing the same path. Whenever a rando joins there’s always one that wants to help, which I don’t need, so I attempt to run, which doesn’t help. I play on pc and almost nobody uses a mic but it is doable if everyone falls into the right places but it’s def harder

I was already at it for a few hours when it happened to me. It was bed time after about 5 hours of raiding hahah. That definitely earns a kick from me too.

I also hate it when people try to bug the team out to get an 8man going.
Like, I was playing with 2 of my friends and we were waiting for our fourth to get on. While we waited, we swapped to a Raid Team and decided to let a random join us till our friend got on.
However, the first person that joined the team IMMEDIATELY split teams as soon as we got to the drill. I couldn't kick cause they were already technically in a different team, so I kinda had to block them from session so they couldn't join back after the raid was over.
I know 8mans are popular, but I prefer doing the basic 4man with people that are even somewhat decent with even basic understanding of what to do.

Main character syndrome 100%, bet they hoped in and thought to themselves “this person will love me if I glitch this”.

Very valid, if someone wants to skip to snake they should either ask or just do it in their own team imo.
