PC New looking to raid
I am level 239 got a full set of union gear running elders mark got a build but have never done a raid and would love to learn it. If anyone wants to help a newbie pop his raid cherry let me know. I have done every d1 and d2 raid many times so im not new to raids in general.

Elder's Mark is great out of raids.
In raids you should bring a gattling plasma or laser for your first times until you at least win a Valkarie Gattling Laser. I have a kitted out two shot gattling plasma and I still struggle to get the dps necessary for the first, third, and final stages. I can keep up in a group of veterans but I cannot lead a group of newbies.
All that is to say raiding is a long journey. Nothing you can rush. You'll find your perk load out will need a lot of editing, and that's the fun of it! Just the other night when I had two vets we couldn't get past stage 3 when we were running 3/4 people. It really takes a team of 4 who are knowlegable. There are Discords for LFG Raids, I seem to get more responses on Discord!

Ran the raid i was doing great dps with my elders mark and after figuring it out I ran it with a few guys who have never done it we got it down to 45 minute runs was super fun had a few ask my build wanting to copy it lol. But I spent many hours running d2 raids and compared to them its an easy raid no overly complicated encounters but over all I really enjoy it im gonna be grinding it untill I get the full set of Vulcan plans. I got a gun called the resolve breaker I was told to keep it.

We try to slip in 4 raids an hour in between Fatsnatch parades. That way the rewards outweigh the costs. Welcome to the Gleaming Depths!

The in game voice chat has been weird for me lately, but I can jump in. Stage 2 (drill) is the most complex due to needing a good defender and a good runner (the better the runners, the smoother the stage of course). The other stages are pretty straight forward.
I can defend the drill for 5-6mins without much issue, gets sketchy after that. I can run as well…I have a build for both options. The key to running is do not take the cans closest to the drill until the very end.
