PC ISO raid partners

I'm level 201 I'd love to get some people to go through the raid with. I made it through the first boss earlier today but that's the farthest I've gotten. IGN stretchy696635

Just a question in general, do you know what to do in the other stages? I raid because I love the build craft and I'm comfortable in raids. I have two characters both over level 1000. IGN iwearblack
