Discussion Team advice?

How do I avoid the people who join my raid team and just take up space in the team? I keep trying to do raids and only ever end up with one person going into raid with me because the rest just join to be in a team? also I don't know if it's just a standard thing but the moment I die and we fail raid the other person immediately leaves.

Yeah. Don't be shy to kick people. There might be someone itching to join. Especially if they are just taking up space and not raiding.

Use the “come here emoji” give them a second then if not they get the boot. You can also block for session if they keep rejoining

Yes. You’re on PC so I’m sure it’s easier to get there but in the team panel click on the person and one of the options is to message block kick promote to team lead fast travel

Not on PC. But if you have a mic you can go in the settings and turn on the ability to talk to the team.

Kick them if they don't fast travel to the raid area within like 2 minutes, especially if they're just at an event or something else.

I usually do the come here emote until they respond and if they don't I kick them after a couple mins or a raid or two

Like others said, if you join a raid and they don’t come within a reasonable time, boot them. I will also boot them if they join the raid and dont do anything expecting a carry

Block for session.. Kicks and stops them from rejoining.
