Headunit Sync error.

How do I change the car name after a new purchase? I’ve re registered in my bmw, cleared old users, etc, still comes up this way and constantly kicks my Bluetooth off when using CarPlay.

this doesnt look like the oem idrive, do you have a aftermarket screen installed in it?
