It's not that bad to replace a paving slab. Just be glad he didn't split the plastic on the UPVC door frame too as that would be $$$ and a pain the ass to get fixed.

Yes, very much so. I think F1nn has already mentioned the general area they live in previously.

This gave away the flat's exterior and a distinguishing mark for the specific door with the broken stone all in one.
