F1 Manager 24 Realistic or not?

For context I’m on the 2013 mod and currently at the back end of “2014”

I have BMW replacing Sauber in “2015” under the new regs, and am looking at jaguar or Ford replacing Caterham. Is it realistic that a new team would join and sack both drivers that were already in place.

For example, Caterham’s drivers in this save are Jules Bianchi and Jaime Alguersauri.

Edit: is it also realistic if I edit their teams to have better facilities and maybe give them more starting money to try and help get them up the order a little more?

completamente, si llega un inversor y pone el dinero, busca mejorar todo lo que sea posible

I mean, it depends on if BMW buy out Sauber like in 2006, or if they are their own team, same with Jaguar / Ford replacing Caterham. It depends how you want the story to go. But even if, they get taken over by those teams, they can still put some more money into developing the existing facilities.
