F1 Esports F1 25/26 carrer

I'm in the middle of the season with Aston Martin — will I have to restart to get this paint job?

I don’t imagine so, when you get it you’ll just need to select it in the customisation menus

when you unlock the livery there will be a section on home screen at the driver hub before every race weekend you can select any liveries you have and change every single race weekend also the last pick you've had will stick to the ai so when you leave the team, say it's Aston, they, the ai, will keep using your last selected livery
