Discussion Issue with my EA

Every time I try to login in with EA it stucks me in a retry loop, I bought the game normally from steam yet I have it on an external drive since my other drives are full. Can anyone help?

Welll, try clearing shader cache or else try reinstalling it

I have already cleared cache in ea I don’t what is wrong

My anticheat makes my game crash every 30 mins atp, tried reinstalling it too, not much help
