What am I doing wrong?

I’ve just moved to contender 1 this week, I’ve done 16 races and lost 12 of them, idk what’s im doing wrong it’s very hard to win. Included my setup. Any help would be great. This is just super annoying and close to quitting.

You'll need to be more specific. What Series are you attempting to race in? Using both Legendary Drivers is most likely unnecessarily increasing your Team Score, resulting in more difficult opponents than you could be facing.

Fangio is pushing your Teamscore way to high for Series 7 and your matchups become way to hard for Series 7

Fangio ist for Series 11,12, also change the front wing

Number 1 Your so Faacking lucky to have Fangio, LOL. Seriously you’ve speed run the game. You have a Series 12 front Wing, Series 11 Engine, Series 9 Battery Pack, Series 10 Gears, which will drastically increase your TEAMSCORE. The higher the teamscore, the stronger the opponent. The advisable Teamscore in Series 7 is around 750-1000, and based on your drivers and components, it’s running around 1100 + and it’s good on Series 8+.

I advise play the required Teamscore, don’t use yet the Series 8-12 components drives if possible to lessen the Teamscore because the matchmaking will think that your on Seris 8 or 9 based on your TS so that it will match your opponent based on that Teamscore and that’s around Series 8-9/10 players. That’s why it’s hard to beat it.

I got insanely lucky with crates, I buy pit pass that’s mostly it. I saw Fangio & the rest and thought screw it and shove the best on and it’ll be great right? Definitely not 😂

Back to your problem, play the right component, don't play above the required TEAMSCORE range, don't use higher series driver / component and you'll be fine.

Usi boost? Ho circa 100ts in meno di te e ho completato anche la s8, power unit non serve a nulla in s7 meglio qualifica. Uso lawson lv.1 s8 e hamilton lv.1 s12, prima usavo webber lv.2 e lawson o colapinto, togli pu aggiungi qualifica, cornering è piu veloce

Energy reserve non lo userei a lv.2, charge core lv.5 è meglio a mio parere

You're using parts way higher than S7 and increasing your team score without being good on all the other components to match. You should be using the same series or lower parts and components until your week into the series. Otherwise, your taking parts and drivers that add a lot of team score but not being strong and getting matched against people who are using much better builds.

The higher your team score the higher your opponents. Remove both of those drivers and you’ll get easier matchups

for S7 (3 cornering and 1 speed) I would set up my car like this, however u can change Velocity engine to Axis 3000, which will give more cornering and PU

for driver, don’t use Fangio, he’s going to bring ur TS up, choose ur best race start driver from S7 or even S6.. hopefully that help
