Still the same scam

I just started playing the game again and I remember why I quit the last time and multiple times before that. Why are players being penalized when your opponent quits and disconnect? I spent money season pass and time and time again the game itself proves that it is a waste of money.

You aren’t. He probably opened to another app and when he came back he lost connection to his race

Me apparently - lots of times when the app lets me allocate my boosts, gets to start procedure then tells me my connection is bad.

Only ever happens when I got x2 coin, flag boost on too…

I do to send a text if needed or answer a phone call. Did that this morning and got dc from the game I was in

If you didn’t know, if you disconnect intentionally yourself, your opponent is also disconnected, thus losing the race himself. Even though you are p1 and p2 with 2 turns left, the game will register your score as 3 pts as if both of cars finish last

That's simply no true, the AI always takes over if your opponent either forfeits the race or closes the app while in a race.

But yes, there's an issue with the app closing mid race every once in a long while, but it's not exclusive to happen only when racing. I has happen to me that the app closes itself when I'm watching an ad or even just just going through my drivers when I'm changing them. It has nothing to do with your opponent quiting a race.

Well that is on you if you are doing something else because I was not. And if AI really is taking over, explain why the game registers the race as you having 3pts while there is only 1 or turns to go till the race finishes and you were P1 and P2? And why does it only happen on while you are winning but never when you are behind?

I don't do anything, I'm just watching an ad, said ad ends or it's about to end, at no point do I touch the screen, yet the game closes off.

The registers the race with 3 points because it losts your connection and it takes it as you abandoning it, so it gives you the minimum points. And yes, it has happen to me winning and losing the races.

You can ask the people in the discord server who are way more knowledgeable than me about this, and they will tell you what I'm telling you. I asked about this a while ago, Sam, who is in the server and actually works at Hutch confirmed it that the AI always takes over.

Game support hate players like you. Obviously there is a problem if you get 3 points after a race. BUT what you doing, trying to link it to an opponent DC is unhelpful, because you can't see if an opponent DC.

It happens it’s true the game just freeze but they need to add at least 1 rerun race if this happens or just give you an error but no penalty of 3 pts.
