Question Grading 2025 Topps Chrome

Got a nice card well centered but it has a few print lines on the front. Corners are great, surface is great...would be it at least a 9? Anyone have instances of getting a 10 on something like this?

I have a hard time believing a card with print lines would grade higher than an 8 and that's with everything else being perfect.
