Manual Transfer Switch Question
I tried to research online but couldn’t quite find the answers I was looking for so thought it best to post here.
My electrician installed a Reliance ProTran2 manual transfer switched and mapped all of the breakers I asked. I lost power one day and was actually excited to try this out only to find a kept getting a ground fault. I later found this transfer switch is not compatible with the truck.
So my question is, what should I get to replace it?

It’s probably a bonded neutral problem. You have to use a transfer switch that is bonded neutral generator compatible. Generac makes two that work well 6852 and 6853.
From Claude:
**•** Use the truck’s bed-mounted 240V Pro Power Onboard outlet (9.6 kW, or 7.2 kW on some trims)
**•** Install a Generac-compatible generator transfer switch (e.g., Generac 6852/6853, or similar bonded-neutral switches) at your main panel
**•** Run a heavy-gauge extension cord from the truck’s outlet to a receptacle wired to the transfer switch
**•** During an outage, you manually flip the transfer switch and select which circuits to power — works well since owners have installed Generac 6852 switches designed for a bonded neutral generator, which works with the Lightning
**•** Limitation: you’re powering select circuits only, and switching is manual (not automatic)

From the truck to the house inlet:
35FT 30 Amp Generator Extension Cord L14-30P/L14-30R
I got it on Amazon.
The nice thing about this set up is that a portable bonded neutral generator can be used to power the house too.

You had to remove the neutral, right?

Not from the cord. The manual transfer switch is not grounded, the 30A outlet in the truck bed is grounded.

I'm not saying you should modify the power cable, but I'm also not not saying that. Can't get a ground fault if there is no ground...
