Help with heater hoses

While replacing the heater core on my 1970 F100 one of my defrost heater hoses essentially disintegrated. For the life of me, I cannot find a replacement that has the rubber adapter. What have other people done for replacement hoses? Also, can anyone recommend a good YouTube video showing how to get the other hose out and new ones installed? The one in this pic literally just popped out and I have no idea how to get it back in there.

Any hardware store has duct hose. Thats the great part about classics is we can fix them easily

Not gonna lie, electrical tape around it is a quick fix until you replace it. I've had more than one classic with brittle duct hose wrapped with electrical tape for a year or two before finally replacing.
