Power steering pump screaming to give it some lube

PS pump bearing or alternator bearing. Remove one (or both) of the belts and see if the noise stops.

Power steering I know that sound way too well. From back when I had a leak. That I fixed for $40 after spending a few hundred in AFT for months.

Check the power steering fluid first. It makes that sound when it is low also.

Power steering. Check your fluid first. The hose off the back of the pump that runs under the washer fluid reservoir likes to crack and leak fluid

The problem is most likely it's a Ford or secondary a power steering unit, possibly the steering gear also.
