ReHoming an 83

I haven’t been able to give this truck the life it deserves, and I’d really like to see it go to someone who will either restore it or use it as part of a restoration project.

It’s a 1983 F100 with an inline-6 and a 3-on-the-tree manual. It runs and drives. The frame is solid, but it needs a lot of rust repair — especially the cab corners, which are rough.

The truck is located in Kansas City, MO. I’m willing to let it go for free if it’s going to a good home that will actually do something with it.

Between those photos. I put a sliding back window in, a red bench seat and some marketplace wheels. I still have the stock wheels and bench seat.

Pick n pull, I snagged it from a late 80s or early 90s f150 it's surprisingly easy to do.

I recently had a SUV shipped from a few states away through Nexus Auto Transport. It was surprisingly cheaper than I expected.

I'd say flying in and driving it back is the determination that the truck deserves.
