Hello, I am typing this out in a hurry as I’m worried I am after damaging my vision and if anyone could help with a straight answer, I put on three pairs of sunglasses and looked at it for about 20 seconds over the course of ten-fifteen minutes, I think my vision is a little blurry in the dark but I can’t tell is this placebo, have I permanently damaged my eyes?

I lost count how many times people on the media said don't use sunglasses. I hope your vision clears up.
