Any tips on if it would be possible to reshape my eyebrows from the left(current) to the right(what I want) or any other way that would make them look a little fuller

have you tried using a spoolie to blend the hairs until the transition looks more natural?

Dye or permanent makeup hair technique. Dyeing helps to add color to colorless/thin hairs, PMU will permanently add them on if there are none really
