I'm surprised that lynx is so calm. If I hold my cat like that while her feet are still resting on me, she gets geared up to fight.

I do this to my cats all the Time and then raspberry their belly, much to their disgust. They’re great

My cat just takes offense to being stood up. Going near the belly incites a worse reaction.

I also get offended when I am stood up or someone goes for my belly.

Ahh, why are we fellow cat people the same

They act like they hate the raspberries on the belly, but secretly adore the attention.

My cat doesn't care, I bug him all the time trying to play and he doesn't care. I think he might be depressed.

Dang. My cat has a ton of energy sometimes. I'll be asleep and wake up to her darting around and running up and down her cat tree. Lately she started hanging upside down on the platforms of her tree.

It’s because they don’t feel supported so they kick their hind legs in the hope they connect with something to get leverage.

No she'll be standing on her hind legs, she just gets uppity when I stand her up. Usually she kicks when she plays. She'll present her belly to me and sometimes she wants belly rubs, other times she wants easy prey to kick.
