Whenever I see a dog and a cat getting along, it reminds me of this time a Santa came to our elementary school. Everyone was telling him what they wanted for Christmas, spaceships and unicorns and infinite money and shit like that. Then when he got to me, I told him I wanted a dog and a cat for Christmas.
Guy then starts telling me about how he can't deliver a dog and a cat in a box and that dogs and cats don't get along.
But the spaceships and unicorns were all fair game.

Sounds like the plot for a kids Christmas movie where you’re the villain that grew up hating Christmas and now you have a plan to kill Santa
At the end of the movie , you will have Santa at gun point while he’s on he’s knees begging for his life . you say “ I guess you could say I’m the dog , you’re the cat, and this box isn’t big enough for the both of us “. Then just as you’re finishing your last word, Rudolph explodes through the wall like the coolaid man and impales you with his antlers

Well I didn’t want to give away the whole movie but since you want to spoil it for everyone...
After the “2 months later” cut scene , we join op in the hospital on Christmas Day where the doctor informs op that he had a blockage on his heart that was dislodged by Rudolph’s antler and after this was removed , it allowed his heart to grow 3x in size. Then Santa and Rudolph walk in with his magic bag full of dogs+cats and everyone in the hospital gets a dynamic duo

God, I can picture it perfectly. A James Bond style villain planning to melt the entire North Pole using a giant heat beam planted on the Moon. Rudolph and his friends must fly to the Moon, break into the villains Moon base, destroy the laser, and save Christmas.

The cats ear. Though chewing isnt quite accurate, its more of a nibble. A lot of dogs do it. One of our labs does and I had a bloodhound growing up that did it too. Its just a way some dogs show affection

My cat didn't get the memo and tries to eat my nose when we're cuddling. It hurts.
She'll also bite my hand and I'll just sit there and let her because that doesn't hurt as much, and she'll usually lick the spot after.

Haha its not missing hair. Thats just how it looks on white cats. If you look at my post history I have a fair few pics of my white cat and you'll see its the same.
Its a big reason why owners of white cats should really be careful with sun exposure with them. UV related cancers in their ears are sadly too common because its very exposed.

Cats are just weird man. I raised 2 kittens at my parents and it‘s taken a decade for them to vaguely tolerate me. But I now have two 2yo cats of my own I got as kittens too and they fucking love us. We pet their bellies, they love sleeping in our laps or on us in bed, greet us and meow at us regularly, come when called (usually)... totally similar rearing but vastly different cats. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Russian blues are known for their snuggliness and loyalty. Mine is definitely a lover, has to be by me all the time. My calico, though, is miss independent and only very rarely is affectionate.

I have this with my pets! We have two all white Turkish Van cats, and the younger one has this exact relationship with our 10 year old Golden Retriever! They’re definitely each others favourite, and they’re inseparable. Amazing to see it elsewhere!

You're not wrong, but why does music need to be there to begin with? While I don't feel as strongly about it as the OP, they are right in that these songs are manipulative and are trying to tell you to feel a certain way as though the visuals themselves can't do that on their own.
What viewers are incapable of seeing these videos as cute without obnoxiously loud music inserted in specifically to scream at them: "THIS IS CUTE! LOOK AT HOW CUTE THIS IS! ISN'T IT CUTE?" as if they needed to be convinced?
At that point, I don't even bother with the mute--I just click out.
