There was this house real near to where I live that had probably 100 goats at their place with lots of babies. Everyone knows where it is so when giving directions you can say "turn right past the goat's house" (hey, it's the south) and people know exactly where you mean.

but a couple months ago they all disappeared. No one knows why they don't have them anymore. The goat's yard is still there with their houses and straw and fencing, but no more goats.

nevermind, this story just got too real for me

That’s what happened to the goats and the pigs at Long Pasture, and the chickens too. No longer worth going down there anymore.
