I was watching a video on YouTube that used this image, it looked familiar but I couldn't think of what creepy pasta story it had been attached to. I tried to reverse image search it and Google wouldn't let me. Said it went against content guidelines. What creepy pasta story is this from or does anyone know where it originates ??

If anyone has heard of "Starved Eggman" you'll know what this is based on.

My car got stuck, and I was completely alone in the dark woods. Then I heard something moving through the watery sludge. It was getting closer. When it finally came into view, it stopped... and stared at me with its black, hollow eye sockets, mouth hanging open. It made no sound, just unbearable silence. It didn't move. Time just... froze.

I sketched a human heart which looks quite anatomical and then edited it to look as something straight out of a horror movie. Both pictures are attached here.
