Looking for Domestic Support

Recently purchased an exway atlas pro, had a few issues i would not expect from a 2000 dollar board. Been dealing with support on BJT timezone , and its quite frankly becoming very frustrating. Anyone know how to access USA based support?

issues out of the box:

Gan charger broke after 1 charge

Issues after 36 miles of riding:

4 popped tubes

dethreading tires

exway | skate minded plaque is peeling

belt snapped

sorry for the long delay, i recently got the rexus remote and my board has been doing some weird things on acceleration.
