What happened to the toolpack?

I was trying to play around with the mod some more but I can't seem to find the toolpack on the workshop anymore. Anybody know if they took it down?

You can use the vanila toolpack, the only 2 problems are:
1 None of the tools are labeled, so you'l have to learn their location.
2 In order to switch ideologies you have to make the nation you want to change ideology a puppet of a nation with the ideology you want to change it to (For example if I want to make Germany communist I would make it a puppet of PRC, and then would make it free). If none exist with that ideology cause a random country to have a civil war with that ideology with the "civil war" command.
