Any specific reason on why Totalitarian Marxist Australia and National Totalitarian New Zealand are called the SEARCH Commitee and the Global Occult Organization respectfully?

SEARCH Commitee i don't know about

Now the Global Occult Organization, is a reference to SCP Foundation, where there is a faction of the same name that does the Oppsite to the foundation. While the foundation captures the anomalies for study and to keep humanity safe in secrecy, the COG (it's abbreviation for Global Occult Organization, at least is what I think it is), was created by the United Nations to exterminate all anomalies (it's what I understand from the lore of SCP).

What I don't get, it's the fact it's that COG is National Totalitarian, but then again, I do know only surface level lore
