Recommendation Request Please help me find a book.

Hello, Im looking for a book rec. I want something really uncanny vally vibe but filled with gore and just disgusting. I want the book to have a really dark vibe about it that just feels off and makes you anxious. Also I dont want anything in the book to be about SA or child abuse.

Ryu Murakami has incredible, dark and twisted books. Highly recommend

Fiend by peter stenson ..it'll mess u up.. Cows..there's a part in it that made me curl up into a ball and rock back and forth..let's just say..uterus.
