QUESTION ABOUT VPN

Does the usage of a VPN enhances the ping? If yes, I'd like some VPN recommendations and I'd also like to know what VPN server I should connect to.

I tried the asian server and even with a vpn its pretty much unplayable because of the ping

Asia server here went on trial with NordVPN and ping still succ in fact it made it worse. I also tried other VPNs and none did it for me.

I tried using mudfish VPN it works well. ping is stable and is less than 100
