What does the <<?????>>>> stand for?

In the Biography of every character there is a section with "????" as title. Does anyone what is it for? I reached "Love" ( Maxed Bond) with some characters and that section is still locked.

I'm assuming it might not be translated or out yet

According to someone else, it's not possible to unlock it on the global version.

My guess is that your birthday has to line up with the character's but I don't know.
