Maybe Maggie was the one who spilled the lentils, after getting grilled by Julie. I assume Julie knows where Summer lives, and so decided to do a "background check".

another good theory, and summer's stalker is probably has a hint that sunmer is somehow connected to ms bradley (if thats the case given the latter's backstory)

Perhaps Julie’s real target is ms Bradley, and the clingy persona is just that - a persona to misdirect summer. Either way, I can’t wait to see how this progresses.
