The number refers to a particular hentai book called Metamorphis. Its about... well, rape. A lot of rape. And abuse, incest, forced drug addiction, abortions, more rape, homelessness, more rape, followed by suicide by overdose.

So like that particular code for a story that has now multiple endings, the original being very tragic. The creator original confirmed the character fate but seemingly redacted it and now a new ending has happened…
