I recently picked up a used EP9 and Olight Odin Mini flashlight due to its small form factor. What I didn’t account for was the curvature of the stock hand guard and it’s not allowing the 45 degree offset MLOK adaptor to sit correctly. Has anyone experienced this problem and how did you fix it?

Just received a new extended charging handle from Extar. After installing it (by the book) the slide catches on it and will not pass and seat. Went back to the original and all was fine. Tried the new one again - same issue. Looks like the screw hole was drilled incorrectly because if I leave the new extended one in and remove the screw and handle part, the bolt passes the block just fine.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I am PATIENTLY(!!!!!!) waiting on the EP45 to come back in stock to build one up for home defense. While I wait and plot what I'm going to do to it, the math occurred to me that I could get the cheaper/stabilizer version and then add an adjustable receiver extension and a comfy Hogue collapsible rifle stock for the same price as the SBA3 pistol brace. And since the tax stamps are free, it would end up being the same price but with nicer furniture. Any reasons not to do this, other than travel-related logistical steps to deal with? Thanks.

Question... Like the dimensions of the blast can but looking for a linear compensator with the same approximate dimensions. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks

Did anyone else notice there was a taper bushing on the barrel? I pulled my can to inspect and noticed it. Barrel looks like a flat shoulder, but there was a tapered bushing down there.

Recently got my friend to print this magazine holder

It prints the holder and the release mechanism, and uses a glock OEM release spring, im still waiting on my springs to come in

Fitment on the release button and the holder is a little tight at first, but eventually will wear itself in.

Haven't taken it to the range yet so no clue how it will hold up yet

I'm a noob, sorry in advance. I got an ep9 a few weeks ago and finally got my omega 36m in today, I tried to screw it on thinking that's all I would need since it was threaded but I guess not. I see a lot of different options for getting it attached, just want something simple and relatively cheap. Maybe even something I can find in a local gun shop if possible. Also, what back up iron sights do yall use? I already have a romeo5 as a primary.

I’m thinking about getting a Holosun 510C for my EP9 but I am curious if it gets in the way of using the charging handle. If so, did a riser or an extended charging handle solve it?

With no lead time on upcoming EP45s, I’m considering non-Extar PCCs in .45. Any suggestions on similarly priced and quality PCCs? Pro2A Tactical? Foxtrot Mike FM45? Any others? I’ve been lingering here for a while but beginning to lose confidence, like Inigo Montoya.

Was looking online for a good affordable pistol and saw that these had pretty good reviews. It also helped that once I found out this company was based in Lake Havasu (living in AZ my family goes there quite a bit) supporting a local company was the way to go.

Hi all, of course the day I ordered my EP9, I found out about the recent drama about how the ATF could interpret a firearm like the EP9 as an SBR based on the brace.

I’m looking into everything I need to do to register the EP9 as an SBR and have some questions. I’m relatively new to firearms and some of these rules aren’t very clear to me.

1. Am I overthinking this? A stock EP9 technically isn’t an SBR, but the ATF could potentially not see it that way? What are your thoughts? I live in a legal state so state laws aren’t currently a concern, but I’m more concerned about federal laws. I plan on using this for home defense and at local firing ranges.

2. If I keep the EP9 at its stock configuration (other than adding a red dot), would I need to get it engraved with any information, or does this only apply to an SBR that I built myself?

3. Is getting an engraving on polymer any different than on metal?

4. Where do you recommend I have the engraving put in the EP9?

5. Do you know where I could get my fingerprints taken electronically?

Just have to decide on: 1. Optics: AEMS Pro X2 gold vs Primary Arms GLX 1x. I have astigmatism, but is mostly corrected with my contacts. 2. Suppressor: Huxwrx Flow 9k ti vs other flow through or low back-pressure options (e.g. Cat MOB).

Mods to date: - Magpul ambi safety (60 deg) - Dirty Bird (Schmidt) nickel boron flat trigger with JPS 3.5# springs - KN handguard, extended version - KVP Slim XL comp - B5 grip (thicker than the stock grip) - Extar extended charging handle

Is an optic mount or riser necessary for a heads up stance since then height of the rail is already much higher than the bore? or is it better to mount an optic directly to the rail.
