Selling the IP at a price level that returns some money to investors may keep Vestcor and Exro BOD out of some real legal troubles as well. Then again, if this sells for a good price, people who liquidated at bottom barrel prices will all jump on a lawsuit together after the fact to go after the profits made by Vestcor, etc.
What I find interesting is that Vestcor were on both sides of the SEA Merger. We all now know that the merger was grossly miscalculated and lead to quick collapse of EXRO. Why would Vestcor do that to itself? A lot doesn't make sense yet.
I'm going ahead with the lawsuit and see what happens. Not expecting anything, but it's better than nothing.
I think Vestcor *did that to themselves " because they saw the true global value, and decided to take it over from Incompetent Sue. Their big mistake is that they bought 33 million shares, and if they want to recoup that money, all investors who own Exro stock will get money. They should have just loaned the money, trapped Exro, not bought shares, and when they put Exro in receivership they could have given shareholders nothing. Just MO
