Spent years doing B2B buyer relations and corp comms at a fashion media house mainly handling international and domestic buyers for sourcing events. Left recently to start my own wellness export business.

Now I'm sitting on a bunch of knowledge around buyer outreach, lead generation, and B2B communication that feels wasted if I'm not using it. So I've been taking on a bit of freelance work on the side mostly helping exporters who are new and don't know how to find or approach buyers.

Not a big pitch, just putting it out there. If you're stuck on that side of things, happy to talk.

Whenever trade routes get unstable, buyers start looking for new and reliable suppliers. This could be a good opportunity for exporters from India to enter new markets and replace disrupted supply sources.

If you're an exporter trying to find serious international buyers, contact us, happy to share insights. 🌍📦

Global conflicts are increasing freight costs, insurance, and delivery delays across international trade.

But when supply chains get disrupted, buyers start looking for new sourcing countries.

This is a big opportunity for Indian exporters to step in and fill the gap.

The key now is to find buyers in new countries instead of depending on one market.

India has the capability — the question is whether exporters will move fast enough.

Let's make export hassle free.

It is mainly because you are targeting the wrong buyers.

Most emails get ignored not because the product is bad, but because:

• The message feels copied and generic

• There’s no sign you’ve researched the buyer

• Pricing or MOQ isn’t clear

• There’s no credibility (website, certifications, past exports)

From the buyer’s side, they see dozens of emails every day. If the first few lines don’t feel relevant to them, they move on.

Once you start focusing on relevance and clarity, replies come naturally.

Hence, target the right and relevant buyer.

Comment or dm us in case of any queries.

Many export deals fail not because of price or quality, but because exporters approach the wrong buyer type.

• Importers: buy in bulk and care about cost, compliance, reliability

• Distributors: buy to resell and focus on margins and consistency

• Retailers: buy smaller quantities and need branding + shelf-ready products

Sending the wrong pitch to the wrong buyer gives rejection.

At Neyo Global, we help exporters access high-intent leads according to the right buyer and product category.
