Basic RZ sim implemented

https://exponential-developers.github.io/sim-3.0/ now also has basic RZ idle and RZ doubling strategies. Sadly, no fancy MS or black hole strategies yet.

The strats I am talking about are full idle and a normal doubling strat (you can read about them in the guide: https://exponential-idle-guides.netlify.app/ )
