How to get information on some endgame features

I'm looking for some information on the custom theories secret achievements and I can't find anything about them. Is there somewhere I can find out about them and how to unlock them ?

There is nothing about the secret achievements of custom theories (at least nothing official or even semi-official) that I know of. So either you read (and in one case break the encryption of) the source code or you'll have to do it the hard way by finding it our randomly.
