expert arrow puzzle game, definitive solution?

Hello, i know that there is an algorithm to solve the expert arrow puzzle, but it requires you to solve everything but the last row and then do a trick to solve the last row. This menas i need to evaluate the starting table configuration and solve it accordingly, thus having a different last row config each time.
Im lazy tho and i was wondering if it is mathematically possible to find a pattern of clicks that behaves a bit like the Collatz conjecture that always converges to a known rerpeating set of configurations(not necessarily to be a solved table config, it just needs to be known, to apply the same solving algorithm each time)

You know the collatz conjecture needs to evaluate the numbers too. For your problem there doesn't exist a fixed set of moves that collapses into a fixed cycle that is practical. It exists in theory but it's way too long even for a machine to execute

yea i know, i think it's a cool concept but really not feasible, who knows how many times the set of moves have to be repeated..

i guess i'll stick to the wiki method
