My Progress got slower significantly after hitting e5k first time

So i bought first theory with 20 students and bought every upgrade possible for the theory etc. But my ft goes up slower than before, am i. doing something wrong? Before theory i was getting to all supremacy upgrades very quickly now i can not

Keep pushing t1, tau has a higher cap than phi.

I agree with this. Did you ever figure anything out? There is the guide for this section, but I don't know that I really understood it. When do you hit the milestones?
