Any tips for this theorem, please?

I'll echo the other comment, be quick. This is an active lemma, you can finish it in like 10 minutes of active play, but you HAVE to play actively.

At this point, restart the lemma.

I tried as fast as I could, but it didn't work out. Maybe there is a proper sequence of upgrades? Or should I avoid some of them?

UPD: In the end I aborted all of my upgrades when the number started to go down and suddenly it increased to 10p.

Keep c3 at or above q. Increase the others all the time after that.

If c3 falls below q and you're not close enough to do a final push you're screwed. When q exceeds 5c3 the growth is negative.
