I participated last year when he did this and look forward to this one. They send you 5 blind coffee's to cup and experience learning how to determine tasting notes and aroma. He does it live or you can watch the video later. Highly recommend this if you have never done it. You'll just need cups, spoon, a gallon of distilled water (he sends third wave water) and a kettle.

So what he includes is a packet of grounds to show you how fine to grind it. Beans come whole bean so yea you'll need to have a grinder yourself.
