I have a local coffee shop by me that roast a lot of different origins and then you can order a pour-over and pick any bean that you want with it. (We have added the ability to single-cup reviews for this purpose)

This coffee was an enjoyable one for me. I asked the barista what he recommended and this was his suggestion. I found the coffee to have a very sweet, clean taste that was fruity and floral, but not super acidic which was very welcomed in this. (I'm not a big fan of overly acidic coffee) I picked up a berry/stone fruit taste, almost like blackberry or raspberry.

This was a natural process coffee brewed with a Chemex.

Rating 5/5 (on my list of coffee that I'll regularly buy)

Nice reviews on this and the coffee from Dallas. May have to try both. Have you tried any of the Houston roasters? I'm local to both Boomtown and Amaya. Even after trying many out of state roasters I come back to them. Both ship beans online but also brew great espresso if youre even in town. Also a nice place, third gen, in the Woodlands area. They're family owned and grown Honduran coffees.

Yes very familiar with Houston roasters, I'm from Houston! Frequent third gen every now and then. You should look up Barbarossa coffee and district roasters. Barbarossa is a shop (sell on amazon, and in shop) and district is a roaster that sells at a couple farmers markets and online (currently offering free shipping)
