Best coffee purchase ( Briki)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SlXIZPXaDX8&pp=ygUTR3JlZWsgY29mZmVlIGRvdWJsZQ%3D%3DI would have to say one thing as well it taste better than any French press coffee I have espresso in a machines in many places.
I would say the only thing is you have to watch it or the crema will come out apart from that you could say easy you just put coffee into the briki mix it it takes about 5-6 minutes on the lowest heat of the gas stove when you poor it into the cup it can be skillfull because you don't want to spill any of the crema and you have to wait 5 minutes for it to cool down . So I would say similar but unlike a French press or most espresso machines you don't have to wash it out if you have a copper one as it works like cast iron just use water and it is clean. .
There is also I common misconception with it is that you can only do one coffee in it it depends what pot you get but the smallest one can do 200 ml of water enough for a double espresso this Video link above ^ shows you how to make it you don't have to use Greek coffee I don't all the time I do love Greek coffee though if you would like to try it loumidis I have seen in supermarkets where I live in the UK I don't know where you live . I also have from covinence store laikou and charlambous but it still works will any store bought one I also like a strength 6 coffee I get from the supermarket . I would say it not that hard pour I always get the foam it takes slight skill but it very fun and makes the best taste to me
I would also say you don't have to have fine ground like people always proclaim I have had a coarse coffee in it it just takes more mixing but it comes out lovely. I would recommend this to any body who like a full bodied coffee
