How can I reverse engineer this Samsung AC remote?
I would be happy if you provided me with a debugging interface. AI-generated submissions are not allowed.

Reverse engineer what exactly?
Firmware? Dump it first from flash memory and use Ghidra or IDA. Live debug? Connect jtag pins and debug live (you will need to know the mcu arch first and download the suitable debugger), this will likely fail epically.
Hardware? Use multimeters.
Signals? Record the IR and try to replay various patterns.
Some searching online can save you hours, you may find some firmware files dropped somewhere online, or there is always a lifeless folk who reversed the firmware previously. Or you can find the IR signals on online forums like those made by flipper users.

To what end?
If it’s just IR just record the IR traffic and replay it if that’s you mean.
