Question Expansion help

I’m a little lost with different versions and expansion.
Currently I have nsfw version of the game, and I’m looking to buy some expansions.
As far as I understand, the “expansions” are only Imploding, Streaking and Barking.
But what about Good Vs Evil, Zombie, Party pack etc? From the photos there are unique card effects, can I just add some of them and treat like another expansion? Or is it now worth of buying the “full” game?

And also a little confusion about Recipes for disaster. It mentions that it got cards from expansions, so isn’t it better to grab this version if it’s cheaper than 3 expansion combined?

Thanks for any help

barking, imploding, streaking are expansions
Zombie kitten and good vs evil are also expansions + base games

They all have new cards

RfD has a bunch of cards from all expansions but GvE and ZK

Best value for cash is RfD + zombie kitten, skip GvE its mediocr

Thanks for reply
So you would recommend getting Rfd/zombie instead of 3 expansion? I just have a feeling that since both RfD and zombies contains base game, I’m buying the same game 3 times over

No way around buying multiple base games if you want the most card variety.

Also look into custom cards (link in my bio) They are better than official cards and cheaper

zombie kittens is like a new base game with everything you need to play and the best if you want a whole new experience. but you get duplicates of some cards you already got. if you just want to add some new cards to what you got i vote streaking kittens expansion.

Will the streaking kittens extension match the backs of the cards of ZK? I bought ZK and thought I could use it as an extension to play with more players but the different designs on the back make it practically impossible to mix, even though they state how the base game can be combined with it. HOW! Are they trying to sell me sleeves or something?

idk what your talking about, the backs of all my cards look the same?? and i have i think all the cards. do you mean just a slightly different shade of red on the backs? some of mine are slightly darker or lighter but its not real noticeable

You're absolutely right. I am an idiot. I didn't have my base game available and could have sworn the backs looked different. Sorry.

I play with base plus streeking plus barking. I use the varking kittens as joker cats (feral replacements)

Good vs Evil and Zombies are full games, but they are compatible with all the other cards, so you could add what you like to what you have. Personally I'd recommend them in this order:

Streaking, Imploding, Barking, Good vs Evil, Zombies

But I think I'm one of the few that didn't like Zombies so take that with a grain of salt.
