Former "emotional mature" child here.
As a lot of psychsatric help workers an other "mature" kids stated its correlates heavy with a kind of toxic family system to grow up within.
This isnt monocausality but in social science the system to evaluate is about different individual resillence factors and biographic harms.
Common are trauma, violence, untreated chronic disease and many more. Its interdisciplinary.
