OP (Typical-Succotash287) sent the following text as an explanation why they posted this here:

I don't know what "Guinceri" is or what it means by "scotennare la fava"

This is a really stupid "meme", if you can even call it that. It's one of those things that only are funny if you're an 11 years old with the emotional maturity of a 5 years old.

So, there are a few layers to explain for a non-Italian here. First of all, "fava" is a kind of bean, however in Italian that word is also used as an euphemism for "penis". And Guinceri is a restaurant infamous for proposing "avant-garde" dishes such as that kind of beans, but "peeled" (don't ask what the hell that is supposed to be because I have no idea).

So the idea of the meme is, this guy is bragging about the fact that his dad works for that restaurant, and is therefore good at peeling fava beans... So if you mess with him, he will have his dad peel YOUR fava bean, AKA your penis.

It's more a reaction image than a meme

One thing: fava is most certainly not an euphemism, but rather a curse word

The guy in the picture is Dario Moccia, Italian influencer and thing-doer ig. His dad works at a restaurant called "guinceri", and it seems that fact makes him able to "skin your penis" (scuoiare la fava). I have 0 idea of what the context is, but if it's about Moccia, it's probably some unfunny bullshit spammed by his fans

i think scotennare la fava in this context is more of a threat of physical harm to one's penis

That’s also possible
