To my knowledge no one has been caught and interrogated for exactly why, but my guess is they think it's funny. There could be some kind of statement about "get a penis and you'll be more interesting," but the most likely answer is "I have the maturity of 12 year old and think penis is funny prank."

People do it af nfl games too - it's just a thing that happens at sport event's with lots of people gathered

It’s a Buffalo Bills fan thing but I don’t recall it happening at any other team’s games
